Inter-faculty Competition and Club Training

Training is under way for 2010 with our annual Inter-faculty Competition running on Mon 22nd and 29th March!

Inter-faculty Competition

The Inter-faculty Comp is a great way to have a crack at playing touch for the first time or to brush up on any previous touch experience. This year we've got 6 teams competing against each other:

* Medicine (wearing Blue shirts)
* Law (Red shirts)
* Arts (Black shirts)
* Engineering (Yellow shirts)
* Science (Green shirts)
* Commerce (White shirts)

The Competition will run from 5.30pm - 8.00pm on the next two Monday nights (22nd and 29th March) and games will be run on the baseball fields at Monash Uni. Please come along wearing the team colour for your faculty (and don't worry if you haven't come down to training before - we will always fit you into a side!).

During the competition we will run a short exhibition match so that new players will get to see what a game of touch looks like.

Games will be 30mins touch-down turn around with finals being played on the second Monday.

Training

The schedule for training from now on will be:

Monday nights

Inter-faculty Competition details: 22nd and 29th March. 5.30pm - 8pm, on the Baseball fields at Monash Uni.

Mon and Wednesday nights

Details: 6pm - 8pm, commencing Wed 7th April (break over Easter, so no training on Monday 5th April) on Rugby oval 3 at Monash Uni

We hope to see you all down at the fields for some fun!

wow, I wish we could have anything of the kind in our university! no, we've got some football and valleyball teams, usually visit gym where we train to the music found by http://www.mp3hunting.com SE. but I'd like this everything to be set on a higher level of organization.
